📜 Alantis Marketplace – Terms of Service

Welcome to AlantisMarketplace.com (“Site”), a creator-first platform operated by Alantis Enterprises (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following terms.

1. 🧭 Purpose

Alantis exists to empower artists, creators, and visionaries to sell their original works directly to buyers. This is a marketplace of trust, intention, and sacred commerce.

2. 👤 Account Use

You must be 18 or older to purchase or sell on Alantis

You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials

Vendors agree to provide accurate product listings and deliver products as described

3. 💸 Payments & Pricing

Buyers agree to pay full listed prices at checkout

Alantis uses secure third-party processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.)

Vendors receive payouts minus the platform fee (currently 10%)

4. 🔐 Intellectual Property

All content listed by vendors must be their own or properly licensed

Buyers may not redistribute, resell, or modify digital products unless granted permission

Alantis retains the right to promote listed products as part of platform marketing

5. 🔁 Refunds

All sales are final unless the product is not delivered or arrives damaged/defective

Buyers should first contact the seller directly

6. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

You may not use Alantis Marketplace to:

Sell illegal, plagiarized, or hateful content

Violate any laws

Spam, harass, or exploit creators or buyers

Violation may result in immediate suspension or removal from the platform.

7. 📉 Platform Changes

Alantis reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue features of the Site at any time

Update fees, terms, or product guidelines (with notice when possible)

8. 🧿 Spiritual Integrity

This platform is built in alignment with the principles of the House of AM. We expect users to interact with respect, sovereignty, and honesty. This is sacred ground.

9. ⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Pennsylvania.
