Where do I find my purchases?
Open your Alantis library and sign in with the email address used at checkout. Your account and order details are available separately through Orders & account.
A download or media file is missing
Check that you are using the email address from your order confirmation. Contact us with your order number, product name and the file you cannot access. Never send your password or payment-card details.
Prints, art & merchandise
Choosing the right product
Review the size, material, framing options and delivery information on the product page. A digital download does not include a physical item unless the listing explicitly says so.
Shipping and order updates
Use your order confirmation or Orders & account to review your purchase. When tracking is available, use the shipment update sent for your order. Read our shipping policy for more information.
Something arrived damaged or is not right
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photos. Keep the item and packaging while we review it. Our refund policy explains the applicable conditions.
